IRIS Movie of the Day
At least once a week a movie of the Sun taken by NASA's Interface Region Imaging Spectrograph (IRIS) is posted by one of the scientists operating the instrument.
Two Prominences with one erupting observed by IRIS

An eruption of a bunch of relatively dense and cool material called prominence was captured by IRIS. Such observation may help to reveal the evolution of the physical properties including (un)twisting motions (if any) involved in the eruption. There is another steady prominence nearby (on the left in the video), though less likely any interaction between the two there.
