IRIS captures these spectacular jet activities at the east limb of the Sun, from a source region later noted as active region (AR) 13184. The solar materials were heated and accelerated into a higher solar atmosphere and then some of them fell back. This particular event was viewed by IRIS in its 5 orbits on this target during IRIS's current eclipse season, which lasted for several hours.
